8:00AM – 5:00PM Mondays to Saturdays. All orders received on Sunday will be handled on Monday morning.
Step 1: A Customer Care representative will contact you within a few hours to confirm your order.
Step 2: Once confirmed, your order will be processed and forwarded to our Dispatch Team in your state.
Step 3: The Dispatch Team will reach out to inform you of the expected delivery time.
Step 4: The Dispatch Rider will call you when they are en route to your location.
Step 5: Receive your item and make payment directly to the Dispatch Rider upon delivery.
